I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great sea view. The service was mixed, with some staff being very helpful while others lacked communication skills. The location was perfect, close to the city center and the beach. The dining experience was average, and the hotel facilities were decent.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were super quiet and comfortable, allowing me to get almost 12 hours of restful sleep. While some parts needed maintenance, overall it was a nice experience that I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
The hotel is quite clean and the staff are approachable, but there is a very bad odor in the rooms which made the whole level smell like the smoking room. I appreciated the friendly service and the helpful housekeeping staff. The location is very good, just inside the business area of the city. The dining experience was fine, more suited to Arabic and Middle Eastern guests. Overall, a mixed experience with some noticeable drawbacks.
The hotel had spacious rooms with two single beds, a TV, bar fridge, mini-bar, safe, 2 chairs, desk, and bathroom amenities, although they felt a bit old-fashioned. The location was a bit far from other sightseeing attractions, yet it was near the corniche, which was nice.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and huge, offering a peaceful atmosphere and a great view. The staff was incredibly professional and helpful, especially Nabeelah. The location was excellent, near the corniche and city center mall. The dining experience was luxurious, but could have had more interaction. Overall, a great value for a stay in the West Bay area.
The hotel offers fine rooms, though a full Seaview would have been preferred over the half city/sea view. The suite room exceeded my expectations with its facilities. The location is excellent, right in the bustling business area with easy access to malls and supermarkets. The dining experience provided good variety but lacked a bit in taste and quality. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
